I purchased a full subscription through the iPad app and the magazine wont update? The full amount was taken out of my iTunes account so Im not sure what to do. There is no way to contact the developer so hoping someone can please help. Ill change my rating once this is resolved. Thanks!

Where is my magazine? I have been charged but nothing is showing up!

I bought it and got an email confirming it but cant access magazine! DO NOT BUY THIS it does not work!

I have a subscription to Todays Parent and was thrilled to find out they have an iPad version. I prefer reading it on the iPad because I dont have little hands trying to rip the pages.

I had the same problem mentioned in some reviews (purchased year subscription - didnt let me view the current issue). I deleted the app (Todays Parent) from my news stand and downloaded it again. When I opened it, it asked if I wanted to restore my purchases, this allowed me to view the full current issue. Give it a try if youre having issues! Works for me now :)

I paid for the latest issue but am not able to download it. There is no way of finding it and no link for support or help?!?! What a scam

I also got charged through my iTunes account case I bought a year subscription and it wont load to my iPad. Who do we contact. This should be free now for this inconvenience.

Not sure what happened earlier in march with the troubles downloading, but I just subscribed today, did the yearly transaction, and downloaded a back issue without any troubles.

Paid for app and does not download. Tell all our FB and twitter friends!!!! This app is a fake!

I have a paper subscription so entered my account number expecting to get the iPad version...it said it was activated...but cannot download the issue and still asking me to subscribe. Deleted it all and started over three times but with same result. Now what?? I am not impressed. Would not recommend this app.

Thanks to Busy2mom, I was able to download after being frustrated for a few hours. I purchased one year subscription...hopefully I will not have any more problems. Magazine itself is great.

Paid for app and subscription...wont load! How to fix?

I dont understand why I cannot get the content I paid for. Feeling ripped off right about now. Has anyone successfully downloaded their magazines? Is there some trick Im missing?

I have a paper subscription and downloaded the iPad edition and it wont load. Just keeps asking for me to buy subscriptions. Any fixes for this?

The app works great, had no problems. The layout is really nice. This is relief after spending months (and continuing on to this day) struggling with making my Macleans subscription app work!!!

I purchased this app and THEN read the reviews, only to discover that I am having the same issue as many other subscribers! My iTunes account was charged but I have no access to the actual subscription and am not pleased! DONT purchase this app- it doesnt work!!!

Since the update I am able to download the current issue but not view it. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice and am still having the same problem. Would love it if you could create some sort of fix!

It downloads, but crashes as soon as you try to view the magazine. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times. Wasted my money on a subscription I cant use.
